Remember the IndexMD manages 5 overall centralised functions:

• Management of Logos Flow database products
  
• Backup of data files
  
• Exporting of intranet and website web files
  
• Indexing of web files
  
• Management of intranet and website web files
  

The IndexMD is will manage your database products from a central location so you will need to be able to access the various User's data files, either on their computers or on shared folders on your network.

Next you need to create a folder and sub-folders on your server, or main computer, which will be used to backup the User's data files.

Lastly, you need an Intranet and place where the web files will be exported.
